1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DataHorders' CDN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

DataHorders provides CDN services optimized for streaming platforms including but not limited to Plex, Emby, and Jellyfin. Our services include:

• Domain endpoint management
• SSL certificate management
• Global content delivery
• Streaming optimization

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and maintain its accuracy.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Network abuse or attacks

4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly
• Pricing is based on domain endpoints and service endpoints
• Payment is required in advance
• Invoices not paid within 3 days of the due date may result in service suspension
• A 10% late fee may be applied to invoices that are 3 days overdue
• Services may be terminated if payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice due date
• No refunds for partial month usage

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However:

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance in the Discord server
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services
• Service credits may be issued for extended downtime

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Abuse of services

7. Limitation of Liability

DataHorders LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions
